During the Summer of 2023 Lake Elmo Elementary in Minnesota won a competition for Bob's Furniture as was rewarded $5,000. The money would go to the update of the schools elementary. Staff reached out to me for help on creating a furniture design that would make the space more functional and welcoming for staff. After talking to staff members about what they want and need for a staff lounge I was able to create a space that all staff is excited to use. The final design solution features a space where a team could meet, and an area where individuals could sit and eat lunch or work.
